Vision Inspection

Vision Inspection Systems are becoming more and more popular thanks to the
reduced cost and greater capabilities of modern systems. The ALS Controls vision system can utilise 2 cameras and is a full colour system making it suitable for a large number of applications. We specialise in all areas of plastic container inspection, some of the applications we specialise in are listed below.

Depending on the type of inspection required, parts can be inspected while travelling on moving conveyors or if base inspection is required, bottles can be guided off the conveyor over a clear, lit plate for cost effective base inspection.

The system processing equipment is all housed within a 6” colour screen. With Panel mount controls mounted on the front of the unit, product set-up and test is very quick and simple. The unit can store up to 100 different programs internally as well as an unlimited number of programs on compact flash cards via the built in memory slot.
